The commercial, quality and governance terms that apply to every enquiry, quotation and order with Hriweta.
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of www.hriweta.in and every quotation, purchase order and supply contract made with Hriweta Manufacturing and Sales Private Limited (“Hriweta”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Hriweta is a business-to-business (B2B) manufacturer. Supplies are made to registered businesses, institutions, distributors and brand owners. Where a written contract or accepted quotation differs from this page, the signed contract prevails.

Payment is as agreed in the quotation or invoice – typically an advance with the PO and the balance before dispatch, unless credit terms have been approved in writing. Delayed payments may attract interest and may pause dispatch of pending consignments. Title to goods passes to the buyer only on full payment.
Hriweta operates under internal standard operating procedures (SOPs). Mattresses, bio-magnetic mattresses and foam densities undergo pre-dispatch checks such as tensile, tear and burst-factor verification. Pre-dispatch samples or photographs can be shared on request before bulk dispatch.
Discrepancies must be reported as set out in our Returns & Refunds policy (14 days from delivery).
Brand artwork, bag design dies, formulation ratios and custom sizing blueprints supplied by a client remain the property of that client and are held under strict confidentiality. We do not reuse client-owned dies, artwork or formulations for any other party. Buyers warrant that supplied artwork and trademarks do not infringe third-party rights and will indemnify Hriweta against claims arising from them.
A separate written NDA is available on request for institutional and private-label engagements.
In line with our founder’s philosophy — “Ethics before shortcuts; strong relationships build lasting businesses” — our facilities adhere to fair wages, hygienic working conditions, zero child labour, and continuous upskilling of our significant female manufacturing workforce.
To the extent permitted by law, Hriweta’s total liability for any claim relating to goods is limited to the invoice value of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or business interruption. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption, government orders, raw-material shortages or epidemics.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties shall first try to resolve disputes amicably through discussion; failing that, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nashik, Maharashtra.
Hriweta Manufacturing and Sales Private Limited is incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai (Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India).
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version. Orders are governed by the version in force on the date of the PO.
